How worried are you about where AI is headed?

The letter above says "[Recipient]" everywhere it names who it's going to — in the greeting and the closing line — since it's reused across several offices; each button fills in the actual name at send time. Step 1, "Send email," opens your device's Mail app with both offices bcc'd — Michael Kratsios's office (engagement@ostp.eop.gov) and Secretary Lutnick's office (publicaffairs@doc.gov) — so neither one sees that the other was also contacted, addressed to both of them, with your letter filled in. Once your state is detected, clicking either of Step 2's two buttons copies a version of your letter addressed to that specific senator and opens their official contact page for you to paste it into — senators don't accept public email, only per-senator constituent forms (hover a button for that senator's DC office phone number too, if you'd rather call). Step 3 works the same way for the Department of State's official form, which — unlike OSTP and Commerce — doesn't accept email directly: clicking "Open Form" copies your letter addressed to Secretary Rubio and opens the form, ready to paste in. The copy icon on the letter above still works anytime, by hand, for any of these or any other form (it copies the generic "Dear [Recipient]," greeting as-is, since it isn't tied to one destination). Nothing is ever sent automatically from this page — every step here still ends with you reviewing and hitting send yourself.
